Sanding back to clean wood and re-polishing can bring back a floor the owner was ready to rip out — for a fraction of the disruption. Send us photos and we will tell you honestly whether your floor is a sand-and-polish job or a replacement job. If sections are damaged, we can often replace just the affected planks and blend them in.
